About Us

Our Community

The Rincón del Moro Irrigation Community is a Public Law Corporation attached to the Segura River Basin Authority.

  • Extract - We collect groundwater from our wells.
  • Store - Water is stored in reservoirs.
  • Distribute - We supply water throughout the irrigated area.

What we do

Extraction

Through seven wells we extract water from two different aquifers.

Storage

Extracted water is stored in four reservoirs of different capacities.

Distribution

Stored water is distributed to private reservoirs throughout the irrigated area.

Pumping

We can also repressurize water to enable pressurized irrigation.

Monitoring and remote control of supply and distribution networks.
